Very disappointing order. The shipping date does not match what was announced. It is never the same contact person who does not introduce themselves on the phone. After receipt, you are on your own. They send a PDF that does not explain how to assemble the bike. When you call, they hide behind the manufacturer. They ask for photos to verify the assembly but do not call back. Technical responses vary depending on the contact person (oil change, carburetor change, assembly...) Fortunately, they are courteous otherwise it would be a disaster!

Very happy with the products ordered and received, both in color and quality; What I find unfortunate is that for Christmas, for the orders placed, you do not give small gifts like stickers or decals, etc... Apart from that, always very happy with your products.

1/ Received the order this morning a week later, 48 or 72 hours!!!!! 2/ The carrier's tracking no longer exists for the good reason that it has been liquidated for over 6 MONTHS!!!! 3/ The phone number listed on the site never answers, yet on Monday, no callback despite my messages on the answering machine. 4/ I had left my port on the order form and no call, as for the product we will unpack this morning to check........
