Overall good, but there is a lack of seriousness either in the packaging or in the parts sent or in the selection of products you send... otherwise very reasonable prices and shipping in a reasonable detail

Complete cylinder head ordered, delivered without rockers and I had to pay for the rockers or try to get a refund! Not normal!

Response from MiniMX Published on 18/08/2016

Hello, Indeed the cylinder heads we received during our last shipment were delivered to us without the rockers. We have sent you a prepaid Colissimo voucher to return the cylinder head at no cost to you. You will be fully refunded for your order. Please excuse us for the inconvenience caused, we are doing our best to ensure that this kind of situation does not happen again in the future. Best regards from the entire MiniMx team. The pickup point is closed, I have been waiting for my package for 2 weeks, it is up to me to take steps to retrieve my package and minimx is shirking responsibility for this even though this pickup point was a suggestion from them.....
