Motorcycle received Wednesday 10/07/2024 Assembling on Thursday 11/07/2024 with the starting issue, head gasket problem noticed because the motorcycle overheated. Quick contact and quick handling but I am asked to disassemble to check the problem I refuse because who pays the bill? I therefore request the exchange of the engine which is confirmed to me to be disassembled by a mechanic (to avoid breakages and because it is their job) I will obviously pay for the disassembly but now I am told without taking back the engine no new one will be sent. Excuse me but who is at fault here, the buyer who trusted or the seller? I remind you today of your commercial obligations for me it is out of the question that the engine leaves before the new one is sent shameful MiniMX is no longer what it was a customer for several years the after-sales service has really changed

Hello The after-sales service is well taken into account as you said, we quickly offered you a solution with the return of the engine at our expense. We simply asked you to disassemble it and prepare it on a pallet so that the carrier could pick it up. A carrier came to your place on Monday but the engine was not packaged for transport. I do not recommend, especially if you want to upgrade your Dirt 125 to stage 2 carburetor and ignition. Because there is no technical sheet to help with the connectors, I don't know where they go. I ask for a video, I'm given a YouTube link, and I can't find any video for that. Moreover, on the carb, there are no vacuum threads, I had to put bolts with the screws to make it tight... The wiring diagram is not good at all. Everything is not the same. Because I upgraded my engine to stage 2. Very disappointed.
