My air filter is fine, but my cylinder head gasket is unusable, with traces everywhere on it and a dent inside, it's not acceptable.

Order received quickly, easy assembly, but plastic kit scratched no coverage, I am told that it is normal that the plastic is raw and I doubt it you can really feel the scratches

In general I am satisfied whether it is the delivery or the site. But for the last order there was an error on the product which was not compliant with the reference. Otherwise everything is ok.

I had ordered a can of oil that I found with a hole and oil all over the box.

Order received on time, everything was in accordance with my order except one of the air filters which had a different connection diameter. The blue one was supposed to arrive with a diameter of 35mm, I received it in 38mm. This did not prevent me from installing it properly...

It's okay

Engine received well but damaged with scratches on the aluminum casing, the protections inside the box are in pieces and no response by email for a commercial gesture or anything else.

Top delivery with scheduled appointment, and that's the only thing that went well because the 48-hour delivery is a lie, we waited 3 weeks before receiving it, there was no stock as they boast.

The exhaust cartridge tip is not the right model and was broken in the plastic before unpacking.

Electric starter relay that does not start the starter. Just clicks

Fast shipping, items as described, very reasonable price. I only give 3 stars because the ignition plate screws were missing and no response since.

Delivery was more than awful but fast, package damaged, but overall I have no complaints for the price

We ordered the 250 erz pro with the blue kit, we were delivered without it to sell the bike more expensive while I have to install it later. I would have bought the normal red bike and the deco kit afterwards, it would have cost less. Otherwise, I called after sales, very responsive and very commercial.

Returns are complicated and their tracking is non-existent, I do not recommend.

It's a shame that return shipping costs are at our expense when I buy everything from you and the slightest mistake costs a lot.

Customer service that doesn't want to hear anything despite very poorly printed stickers, a fork plastic rubbing, and bent radiator fins, and 1 screw that holds the front wheel axle is missing but will be sent. Customer service responds that it doesn't prevent riding, that given the price they are sold for, that's how it is. Strange response in my opinion.

In fact, how to know if they are really reinforced as not indicated on the bearing box, so it could be a basic sealed bearing, I find that not normal. That's my point of view.

Chinese quality bike, so necessarily average, it scratches everywhere on the quality of the materials to be the cheapest. A piece of advice to the Chinese: be a little more expensive but top-notch on the quality of materials while trying to be as good as the Japanese.

Really not great for the price, the threads strip barely tightened, the stickers already peeling off. I bought only one to see the quality and to get 2 more, but I will pass my way.

The delivery was impeccable. Assembling the bike should not be done alone, too much hassle. No instruction manual for assembling the dirt BIG S 150 cc. The bike starts, but only with the choke, otherwise once the choke is removed, the bike stalls, so in the end, we have to do some mechanics by adjusting the carburetor, a bit annoying, especially coming out of the factory when it should be done. I will see once this damn adjustment is done. Otherwise, the bike has a nice sound.

Not really satisfied, I ordered a crz fury 49cc at the beginning of November, I was told it would be there before the end of November, then at the end of November, I was contacted to say that it might not be there before Christmas..... So I decided to take the higher range in 60cc which is available in stock. I received the bike a few days later and it was not at all my order, it was an electric fury. After numerous mishaps, the right bike should arrive by the end of the week. There was no commercial gesture on their part or anything else, and coincidentally, the bike was at 600 euros and now that I ordered it, it goes down to 500. Well, too bad.

The CDI was delivered faulty, I still have no response from after-sales.

Disappointed, some parts are already damaged, the fairing is a bit scratched, left brake lever scratched, sticker on the bike poorly stuck. I have supporting photos if you wish to contact me. Thank you in advance.

Overall, happy with my 150 CR Z, delivery time respected, the bike is great, the only small downside is that I had to take it to the garage for valve adjustments because the valves were at zero, no attempt to adjust was made before delivery.

Delivery on time but the tire received is not like in the photo, the treads are not the right ones at all.

Not a great buying experience. Error on the price of the bike I ordered. Instead of admitting their mistake, they asked me to pay the difference... that's not how business works. In the end, I took something else, container blocked by customs. Guys, if it's not in stock, don't sell it. It just causes dissatisfaction. Otherwise, responsive customer service, at least that's good.

The package arrived quickly but in not great condition. I wanted to refuse it but was afraid of having nothing to give my son for Christmas, so I accepted... The box was damaged, torn in several places, screws rolling around in the box, and the parts already scratched. Well, the scratches are not a big deal, but I'm afraid of having surprises during assembly, I haven't had time yet. Otherwise, the bike appears to match the site.

A part is broken after contacting customer service, the seller's response is that you broke it during assembly.

Fuel filter received slightly rusty and clogged, the fuel does not flow through it. As for the swingarm protection, it does not fit my bike, but that's my fault, I relied on the comments saying it would fit almost all bikes, but it clearly says almost not all.

Delivery not respected, complete wheel disc that does not correspond to the bike.

Usually MiniMx is great, but here, I need a rear brake lever. It's stated to be compatible with all YCF models, but in fact, no. The thread diameter is 6 while for SP, my master cylinder rod is 8, so not adaptable...

Both wheels are flat, so not very satisfied.

Until now I was satisfied with the site, but not this time.

Still no delivery and no information about the delivery person.
