Satisfactory until I realized that there is no tracking on the sent packages... motorcycle down for a rear rim for almost a month and a half or more... 2 orders of rims. 2 rims damaged upon receipt... (stuck bearing)

Very unhappy with customer service. Order placed on October 6, to this day still nothing received, no explanation. My order remained in preparation for x days for parts that were in stock, €7.90 for shipping for such a wait, shameful!!!

very good site, we receive delivery notices (email confirming the shipment as well as the tracking number) a bit late, about 1 day before delivery, but it doesn't spoil the speed of preparation for shipping and receiving.
