Did not receive the ordered product but the worst was the customer service following this error. The product received is of an inferior range and the one I ordered supposedly does not exist while they are promoting it on their site.

I ordered levers for a YCF RXF 50. I sent photos to the advisor, he assured me that the levers were compatible with the machine... ultimately they are not compatible. So I am disappointed and I will never order anything from your site again. The shipping of the levers will cost me more than the levers themselves...

Worst order of my life, I ordered on Tuesday the 20th, it is the 26th I still have not received my order, despite the fact that I took a 24/48h order which is largely exceeded
I sent an email following a phone call, stating that I was missing a rear 12-inch wheel in my order. I never received a response.
Poor communication
The order never arrived, it was blocked at the post office, when I contacted them, I was told to contact the post office myself... after telling them that it was their responsibility to do so, they filed a complaint with Colissimo. This is not Minimx's fault, but my order shows as delivered on the site while the tracking still indicates it as blocked, I am told that it is Colissimo that displays it this way... the status changed the day I complained about the delay. The customer service responds, but without any useful communication, I made 2 refund requests but they were not taken into account. It has been 1 month and 1 week since I placed the order. No commercial gesture has been proposed to me, I am told to wait for Colissimo's decision but the deadline for Colissimo on the complaint has passed and still no news. I was already made to wait on the chat without a response for 20 minutes just to be shown a tracking status on the complaint. This package was for my son's birthday, several family members had paid for it, ordered 1 month earlier and my son will not have much on the day, again not their fault, but no gesture proposed. I find that sending the same item back would have been logical since the package is, according to Bpost, lost (Bpost handles Belgian delivery). Given the exceeded European deadline, I will go through Paypal to get a refund, Minimx does not seem to want to do it.

Minimx scammed me 11€ with Chronopost delivery that supposedly delivers the next day, but Minimx did not tell me that if my order exceeds 5kg, next-day delivery cannot be handled.

Parts too small do not fit on 250cc vertical engine 167fmm contrary to the description...
I only received half of my package, and no news on the status of the engine.
Everything is perfect delivery, site except for the order error I ordered a classic start engine and received an engine with kick start.
Most of the parts received do not correspond with my motorcycle or are defective, I will not order from your site again. Might as well order from Aliexpress.
I asked for advice to replace a broken handle, it is the one that was recommended to me on the chat. I won't explain the grinder hits it took to do its job. 125 CRZ I am not looking to complain because I had to modify the part. But if you send me back, which model will it be? Free of course, that would ease the disappointment.

Delivery refund
For a first bad experience. Ordered a tire delivery with an inner tube normally. The tire was not the brand ordered and arrived but not the inner tube, finally leaves much to be desired - - - I don't know if I can recommend you...
