First order placed at the beginning of October, I did not receive the correct product, not matching the photo on the site. I am still waiting for my refund, I reordered thinking it was a mistake, which can happen, and now I still do not receive the correct product, identical to my return, so still not compliant with the balance bike.
Missing part
Hello, I'm sorry, the deco kits I received are not complete, the rear brake pedal has the wrong axle even though I searched for a 300 s, and I still haven't received my blue Monster deco kit for the 300 s. I have spent over 6000 euros with you, I would like to resolve this issue for all my little problems, thank you.
The cylinder head gasket does not match the photo online and is therefore not mountable.

I give 3 stars, above all the average because I was well advised on the phone. However, I had a delivery delay of 24 hours, although I chose the TNT 24h delivery option. I would have liked a solution like another delivery service. Second point, and not the least, I ordered a complete ignition and ignition screws but I did not receive the screws and I find that really unfortunate! Also, an error in the wiring connections and harness because two male plugs, had to redo the wiring.

I will mainly note the delivery time where we waited almost 2 months. I had to call to find out when. It would be good to inform your customers of the delay, given the price of the motorcycle, it can be worrying. Then they called me to tell me they finally have the motorcycles, except there is a problem! Ah! We don't have the right color and the deco kit you ordered! Can we put you another color? Well, do I have a choice? No! So okay, let's go for red. It can happen but at least make a commercial gesture! Then the delivery was perfect, no problem with the delivery person and the appointment. And then my partner opens it and the motorcycle is a bit damaged, there is a dent on a rear fairing and the chain cover, the box was perfect so the motorcycle must have fallen before being put in the box! And it’s not the box that could have done that! Already I sent an email to customer service to tell them and at least make a gesture and well I have not received a response from them. So how can I say that waiting 2 months and also damaged at the price of the motorcycle, I am a bit disappointed! Maybe we should also wait two months for customer service! I will still finish with a positive note, the motorcycle is very good and runs super well. Not too hard to assemble with two, just make sure to break it in. And these parts! So I’m waiting to see what they will do about the dents!
Two stars because I received the bike in very good working condition, but after three months... And on the phone, I was given the runaround, one moment the bike had arrived at the port, another moment it would arrive at the port in a week, and so on.
I ordered a 250 ERZ Monster edition 2024, what a surprise when I saw my order blocked because there was no more blue Monster deco kit... Why leave it in stock? To sell the normal 250cc? Certainly! As for the delivery, well I received my order in almost 2 weeks! Scheduled for a Monday between 9 am and 12 pm, it will finally be rescheduled for a Tuesday between 9 am and noon to finally be received at 4 pm... I forgot to pick up my gift at the order (sticker or poster) but I was not offered any gift despite the 2100 euros spent, what a shame! Other than that, the motorcycle runs well and thankfully... I am a bit disappointed with the lack of professionalism and loyalty towards the customer. I was supposed to order a helmet, but I will go elsewhere, it's a shame.
Order arrived late
Call from MiniMX one week after my order to tell me that the post office was charging additional shipping fees for Corsica. I made the payment the same day, my order was shipped one week later! Order placed on 3/08 delivered on 19/08.

Fast customer service but useless, no return or refund possible and the engine arrived broken, we were told to send back the broken part
The site is good, there are many references and a rather good customer service, but the parts are expensive and I find that they do not provide all the information well.
The site itself is great, the shipments are fast, but the quality is not top, I bought rims and had to use a grinder to remove the burrs and even then the new inner tubes I put in got punctured in two days, some threads that are messed up on brand new sprockets! In short, the quality is so-so.

Plastic kit crf 50 conforms to the description and seems solid, however impossible to fix the front plate, after emailing the site no response. Lack of professionalism, too bad.
