Battery completely flat, I had to buy a new one. At this price and for a new quad, it's really not great.

Hello, The customer service quickly contacted me to inform me that the blue color of the motorcycle I had ordered was no longer available. They offered me other options, and it worked out perfectly since my son loves red. With my son's 4th birthday approaching fast, I really appreciated the efficiency of the advisor on the phone. He handled the situation with great responsiveness, and in just two days, I received the order. This will make one happy! You are really the best, my son thanks you!

I will mainly note the delivery time where we waited almost 2 months. I had to call to find out when. It would be good to inform your customers of the delay, given the price of the motorcycle, it can be worrying. Then they called me to tell me they finally have the motorcycles, except there is a problem! Ah! We don't have the right color and the deco kit you ordered! Can we put you another color? Well, do I have a choice? No! So okay, let's go for red. It can happen but at least make a commercial gesture! Then the delivery was perfect, no problem with the delivery person and the appointment. And then my partner opens it and the motorcycle is a bit damaged, there is a dent on a rear fairing and the chain cover, the box was perfect so the motorcycle must have fallen before being put in the box! And it’s not the box that could have done that! Already I sent an email to customer service to tell them and at least make a gesture and well I have not received a response from them. So how can I say that waiting 2 months and also damaged at the price of the motorcycle, I am a bit disappointed! Maybe we should also wait two months for customer service! I will still finish with a positive note, the motorcycle is very good and runs super well. Not too hard to assemble with two, just make sure to break it in. And these parts! So I’m waiting to see what they will do about the dents!
