The site itself is great, the shipments are fast, but the quality is not top, I bought rims and had to use a grinder to remove the burrs and even then the new inner tubes I put in got punctured in two days, some threads that are messed up on brand new sprockets! In short, the quality is so-so.
Perfect site, I easily found two dirts for my daughter and me. Assembly done by a friend right after delivery. I am still in the break-in period but we are delighted with our little monsters on wheels. Everything was perfect just like the communication with customer service for my order.

Fast and efficient delivery but I received the bike with glue everywhere on the grips and the batteries completely flat I don't want to go into procedures with photos and proof of the dead batteries it annoyed me after a recharge the bike runs for 15 minutes best regards
