Hello, the photos on the site are not contractual as often on the parts due especially to regular changes made by the suppliers. I see that you are complaining here but I have no emails from you regarding your dissatisfaction and without that it is impossible for us to guess. There is no problem with this product, so I invite you to call us or send us an email. Bad in delivery
Currently not received, stock problem not even reported while I paid, I had to call otherwise how long would I have waited? Delivery time not respected 48/72h still not received nothing is done.

Ordered a 15mm axle wheel and received a 12mm axle wheel. First outing, the pinion fixation broke. Very disappointed.
Following the delivery, visually well packaged, I signed for the delivery. Once unpacked, surprise: the gear selector was bent, oil leak at the axle.
I ordered my wheel, and after 1 week, one of my bearings stopped turning and damaged my wheel.
I ordered a chain sprocket; in the photo, there is the fixation. I ordered it, and when I received it, there were no fixations. In very small print, it says fixation not provided, so why take the photo with the fixations? It's misleading... For my first order, I am very disappointed and will not order again.
Terrible customer service; we have to find the fault ourselves for them to send us the defective part, arrived with scratches and they do not want to replace the fairings.

I received an incomplete high-end clutch crown; the photo showed all the parts! With the same photo (and at the same price), competitors sell the complete material. I am told: 'non-contractual photo'. Wonderful. I am wasting time, my son will not have the parts in time for the championship, and I have to pay for the return. Very disappointed with the service.
I had a big problem with the chain derailleur; it broke. I would like a refund. Not good quality.

Lack of additional information, useless purchase, whereas if I had been properly guided towards compatible parts, it would have been simpler for everyone. I thought it would be better, but in terms of information, it's 0 out of 10, apart from not understanding the question or as written on the site, it helps us a lot. Really a shame, so I prefer to get a refund and be well informed by a real passionate seller because my engine is not given.
