I ordered a first dirt bike from minimx a few years ago, no issues. Second order placed recently, I received the motorcycle on time but there is a sealing defect on the engine block, when I wanted to put oil in the engine I noticed an oil leak. I contacted customer service, waiting for their response because I received a non-running motorcycle today. I hope minimx will take the necessary actions quickly and without additional costs.

Hello, to give my opinion, the information about the parts is top-notch on the site as well as on the phone. Ordered on Friday evening, picked up at the store on Monday, so everything went well at that level. However, the clutch lever broke on its first tightening. The 30 cm hose ordered was received as one of about 8 cm and not the right diameter. The clutch cable is way too short, and the accelerator cable is way too long. Having to readjust new cables... not great. The exhaust cartridge was delivered without the tightening collar. The site's hours are not up to date. The website is very slow. 600 euros of order, not a loyalty point, not a sticker. That's my opinion, thank you.

Received on time, however a big black mark appears on the front fender during installation. I sent an email and I'm still waiting for a response. For a first order, I am not very satisfied with this. However, the rendering of the other stickers makes the dirt bike twice as pretty, thank you

There are items that are not compatible at all, they say yes and I am refunded less than what I paid, not possible.

Impeccable site, fast delivery, I ordered a racing ignition kit (racing CDI, racing ignition, NGK style coil, iridium spark plug) after assembly and testing we found that with the racing CDI the motorcycle revs less (rev limiter) a little more punchy but less fast than with the original CDI (Apollo 150 rxf enduro)

The front tire was flat and the spoke nuts were a bit rusty

Order processed quickly, top delivery. However, the inner tube was punctured, having tightened all the screws, I lost the baffle in less than 20 minutes, one screw from the front caliper and one screw out of the 2 that hold the right fork arm. Being aware that there are a lot of vibrations, I did not expect to have to check after 10/15 minutes. I sent 2 emails to customer service and called once to find a solution for the inner tube. The person I spoke to on the phone said they had not received my email and therefore asked me to resend one (which I did) and I still have not received any response from minimx.

The gift sticker was missing. And already in our first order, we did not receive the offered cap. Too bad..

Order well received, too bad the parts are of poor quality.

We were delivered a brake cable while we ordered an accelerator cable. I leave it to you to check and perhaps correct your preparation error...

The site is very good but the after-sales service is lacking. I have a problem with the quad's battery that I just bought and I'm still waiting for a response. I find it regrettable knowing that I am not a passing customer; I have purchased 6 vehicles from Mini MX.

The shock absorbers are presented in yellow and gray, they arrived red and black. Announced in the description for 1000lbs, ultimately delivered in 800lbs. It's almost compliant!

Overall the motorcycle is not bad but has some flaws like the fork which is very soft, the carburetor very poorly adjusted and some tinkering, too bad because otherwise it's great

The wiring harness does not match!!! But otherwise perfect for the rest.

Fast shipping, good for me, it's been a long time since I ordered from you, I'm still happy, the only downside is that the fairing is not aligned with the other parts of the fairing on my erz 300S

Delivered to the wrong place

Responsive and efficient customer service, they were good sports by quickly sending me a replacement part due to a merchandise mix-up on their part. The problem lies with the shipping since the first time I did not receive the correct part, then the correct part was shipped to Belgium while I am in the 06, and finally for the third shipment the address was not correct.

Still no stickers after several orders over 200€ and several requests, headlight plate without the end that holds the brake cable, in short, getting worse and worse

Many technical sheets are missing with the dimensions of the items.

Part of the merchandise is not compliant with the order. Not adaptable to the motorcycle.

The site is nice and clear, the delivery is correct, but unfortunately my last order did not satisfy me.

Terrible delivery!! My package was not delivered to the initially planned relay. It finally arrived 28 km from my home via Chronopost, which makes almost 60 km round trip, and this without any explanation. It's lamentable from a carrier like Chronopost!!

Package tracking can be much better.

My package arrived damaged and I was missing an item.

Wiring harness needs to be redone from A to Z. No indication that the original harness does not fit without modification on the coil as well as on the kill switch. The electrical diagram is not adapted at all. This is the second time I buy a complete ignition (CDI, coil, ignition, and harness) and the second time everything needs to be redone.
