Very competent and very serious, I had doubts about the model of the inner tube, they suggested I come with the wheel to be sure of the right model. I did that and I greatly appreciate this professionalism.

I just received my order, I am surprised because in the photo on the site it is photographed with the brake disc but on the received wheel there is none.

First order placed at the beginning of October, I did not receive the correct product, not matching the photo on the site. I am still waiting for my refund, I reordered thinking it was a mistake, which can happen, and now I still do not receive the correct product, identical to my return, so still not compliant with the balance bike.
