Very simple site to use, no need to search everywhere, it's cool

Fast, nothing to say, compliant

For a first order I am quite satisfied, however I did not give 5 stars for several reasons. First of all, for the delivery time it is indicated everywhere that all orders are delivered in 24/48h which is really only the case for parts, tools etc. except for motorcycles/quads etc. Also regarding the tracking of the package it is not very intuitive (during an order with a motorcycle integrated for my part) on the site I cannot track my package it is only 5 days after the shipment of my package (not counting Sunday) that the delivery company contacts me by SMS to set a date for the appointment. Then when unpacking my package I noticed that the front wheel was attached outside of the metal cage and after checking the condition of this wheel I noticed that it was slightly warped (which does not prevent me from riding obviously). Aside from that, the assembly (without instructions) is quite simple even for those who are not familiar with it with the help of a mini assembly tool kit even if I recommend having your own tools, the motorcycle and the parts and tools ordered in the same order are in accordance with their description. So to conclude, the whole is really qualitative but there are still some improvements to be made for it to be perfect.

Experience following the purchase of a dirt bike. 7 days between the order and delivery. Well packaged. Lacks an instruction manual or a real assembly video as well as tools, I think especially of novices and those who are not necessarily equipped. Nice and quality motorcycle for the price. Oil change, lubrication done, first start not too complicated. First ride pleasant. To see over time for wear, reliability and a valve and carburetor adjustment to be made.

I ordered 2 rims with tires. The front rim has the tire mounted backwards and on the rear rim the new inner tube is already leaking

Package received without problem on time. The package was just a bit large. I ordered a slow speed screw for dirt and the box was a bit large compared to the product. An envelope would have sufficed I think.

Yep... well, second motorcycle bought at mini mx. Very happy, it has torque and it's stylish, electric start is great, I also have the 160ccxduro and there's no comparison. I just rode 2 hours with the erz 250. But it looks promising. Thanks to the team and especially to Baudelaire who keeps his word. Top-notch, go for it with your eyes closed because there's fast54000, a top mechanic (also a YouTuber) who has made a bunch of explanatory videos and luckily because I'm not a mechanic, but being able to manage all the little details without having to move the bike to the mechanic is already a luxury... top top top

Top site, the sellers are really very nice, I had a problem with the delivery which is not at all their fault, they did everything to help me, even called the delivery people, etc., in the end everything went back to normal, they are really attentive.
