Catastrophic service. Despite complaints that the goods are not there, the feedback takes forever and the portal is completely opaque. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.

The somewhat longer processing time of your request was due to the fact that we had to carefully check the stocks together with our logistics department to ensure that no item was actually available.
Unfortunately, this verification confirmed that the item was completely sold out. We can very well understand your disappointment and regret this situation, which was caused by an error in our inventory management system.

Everything is great, super well protected for shipping, quality materials and to put a but, the tables cannot be stacked (I thought they could, although really in no image were they shown like that). I would repeat the purchase.

When you contacted us to request a model change, unfortunately your order had already been shipped and was in Italy. At that point, it was no longer possible to directly modify the order. However, it would have been possible to make the change by organizing the return and a new shipment, but the related shipping costs would have been at your expense, a solution that, unless we made a mistake, you did not wish to accept.

Very disappointed. The delivery does not offer the option to leave the heavy packages at the installation site. One of the legs has an obvious paint defect on the visible side and the supplied caps are the wrong size for the legs (profile 60x60x2 mm), making it impossible to assemble them. I am still waiting for a response from customer service.
