I had an excellent experience, and the sales department was extremely responsive: the day after I placed my order, when one of the references was out of stock, Monwhisky.fr called me to offer me the same whisky as the one I had chosen, but a few years older, at the same price, rather than waiting for stocks to be replenished. The parcel arrived a few days later.
