Although the package was wrapped, the bottle of rum moved a lot in the box. The cork moved and some rum escaped from the bottle, not in large quantities. It's a shame. Otherwise, the order met my expectations. Thank you.

Nothing to say about the prices and delivery times, the only problem I encountered was with the payment, I didn't manage to validate it on the day of subscription, I spent a long time going round and round for a request to accept the general terms and conditions without a box to tick (the highlighted link in the middle of the text sent me to the general terms and conditions without any possibility of acceptance). I managed to validate the next day, but it didn't work on the 1st try, the little acceptance box appeared after several attempts, and I was able to fill in the card references and complete the order. I saw on the internet that other people had had the same problem.
The Whisky is excellent, however I had ordered it with the hope of having both glasses as indicated on the site! No, the glasses delivered are inelegant and will not complement my set. Too bad, update the site
I ordered a box. The box was well packed. Unfortunately a bottle broke. I can not offer the box because it is torn. A bit disappointed.
Hello, the bottle is perfect but the delivery is not! I asked for delivery at the post office a few hundred metres from my home and it was delivered to another town.

Fast delivery. Small problem I received the bottle without its box it was for a gift. They offered to send it to me separately but it was late in the dates to receive it before giving it as a gift. I was offered a discount voucher but never got it.

I have no complaints about the speed of delivery or the products themselves. However, the packaging of my last order left a lot to be desired. The two bottles were poorly protected individually (I almost broke one of them because it fell out from underneath the box), and the two boxes were placed in the delivery parcel without any padding..... I gave a bottle of Nikka Pure Malt Black whisky to my uncle for Christmas and he really appreciated it. The delivery was fast, the parcel was intact but inside, the box that contained the bottle was torn and dented in a way that could not be related to transport. A pity.

When you request a billing address and a delivery address, the least you can do is be consistent! I asked for a delivery to "another address" and another "name" than mine, as a result, the package was delivered to the right address but to my name ........... total confusion with the sender, the post office, I almost ended up with a complaint on my back ... In the end it is better but not thanks to Monwhisky.fr. I do not think it is a bad box (Monwhisky.fr), but in the future be careful in your shipments!
I did not receive my parcel within the requested 24 hours. The next day I was not available to receive the parcel, so I scheduled a pickup at a post office, and in the end it arrived at my house! Luckily my friend was there to pick it up. What's in the article, no worries thank you.

I confirm that I received an e-mail on Saturday 3 December at 10:09 confirming that my order had been taken into account with a delivery time of 48/72h with no restrictive mention; the parcel was delivered to the 83 courier center on 7 December but was not delivered to my home until 8 December.I also wanted to order 3 bottles of don papa 10 ans, but the site imposed a maximum of one bottle per order, obliging me to repeat the order several times and to pay the delivery costs each time. So I didn't order this delicious beverage from this site, but from another which didn't impose this constraint (MonWhisky objected to the competitor's name being published).
