Announced deadline not respected
Of the three Barelegs bottles ordered and invoiced, the package only contained one bottle and the delivery note mentioned the delivery and invoicing of three bottles

The wrong bottle
Ordered on Thursday, received on Tuesday although I needed it on Saturday and it had to arrive by Saturday at the latest. The order didn't leave your warehouse until Monday.

I live in Belgium, and on December 17, 2023, I decided to order a last-minute Christmas present. I chose the Colissimo delivery service. After entering my address, when I finalized my order, it told me that for 11.90 euros, I'd be delivered in 2-3 days. On Thursday December 21, my parcel was supposed to arrive at my home, but Colissimo informed me that it could not be delivered due to an address problem and that it would be returned to sender. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund, as the delivery time had not been respected. I was then told that, according to the delivery conditions (available in the tab at the bottom of the site), Colissimo delivery for Belgium takes between 4 and 8 days. My first disappointment was to inform customer service of this inconsistency between the delivery terms and the time indicated when I confirmed my order, but I should have read the delivery terms and not trusted them. So I continue to wait. As of today, January 17, 2024, I still haven't received my order. After several exchanges with customer service, I understand that there has been a problem with my address (although the address I gave is correct) and that my parcel seems to have been mislaid. The last e-mail I received from them was dated January 9, when they explained that my parcel was apparently on its way back to their depot and that they would keep me informed as soon as they received it. I request a full refund (including delivery costs) for my order. Since then, I've had no further response. I think I've been patient and accommodating enough. I thought I was dealing with a serious merchant. I am extremely disappointed by their responsiveness and lack of proposed solutions. I understand that there can be delivery problems; this has already happened to me with other e-commerce sites, which have always found solutions. It's not up to the customer to suffer, and I find that deplorable. I therefore strongly advise against making any purchases from this site.
I didn't receive my delivery.
What's the point of choosing a collection point, when in the end you drop the parcel off at the collection point of your choice? The one I chose is open on Sundays, not yours. Pick-up is now complicated.
I order a whisky and receive another version (not as good and not as expensive). So I send an email. Quick and polite reply. I have to send back the bottle I received by mistake and I get my money back. I also get 10% off my next order.... When you're out of stock, you don't send customers anything else. It's a mistake. I can't go anywhere. So I'm forced to keep the unwanted bottle. And to manage to find the right version elsewhere. I'm very disappointed.
I placed an order to have it delivered to a relay point and collected by my brother in Clermont (birthday). Result: apparently they didn't manage to have it delivered to a relay point, and sent it back to the 87, all without telling my brother or me anything about it! I'm trying to get it sent by post to Clermont, or to get my money back, but I don't hold out much hope.
Box of special edition was damaged. Not happy when you buy a bottle of 350!
I placed my order on July 08 for a birthday gift. It is now July 15, and the order has still not been given to the carrier!!! I am very dissatisfied!!! Why announce a delivery in 48 hours?
