As a regular customer, I am extremely disappointed with my last order as well as my mom's. The customer service was of no help. We are very disappointed and will no longer order from the site, as will my sister and my partner who often ordered little surprises for us. The offer is great and over the years I have never needed to contact customer service.

Sometimes out of stock, I click to be notified but nothing, and when I come back by chance I can just empty the next stock :/ It lacks stock and restock notifications, other than that it's perfect ^^

Thank you for the fast shipping and delivery. The samples are a nice touch. However, areas for improvement are the website's visuals which are not modern enough, and the pricing offer (sometimes more expensive) and the pricing system with delivery.

The weak point in my opinion, as mentioned earlier, is the navigation on the site, especially regarding the wishlist: being redirected to the initial page after simply viewing one of the products on the list, no possibility to add items directly to the cart from the list (you have to access the product sheet to add the item to the cart). And, finally, again, we are mostly women with accounts on this site, so the IT team needs to adapt the site to our gender and be truly inclusive (I want to see that I am already registered and not
