Delivery takes 48 hours on business days, so it is also normal that you received your package on Tuesday the 6th. Product that was supposed to be sealed but wasn't properly. Dried cream was on the edge of the jar and the protective seal came off by itself because it was poorly placed and sealed... Message sent to customer service nearly a week ago, no response since. At €130 for the cream, I expected a sealed jar as it should be without dried cream on the edge... and at least a response from you. I have ordered several times without issues but I admit I am disappointed with the lack of feedback from you.
