Too long a delay and shipping costs. Ridiculous sample

Regarding delivery times, you placed your order on 02/05 in the afternoon, your order was shipped on Friday, May 3rd, and you received it on May 6th. We guarantee same-day shipping for all orders placed before noon, so it is normal that your order was shipped on the 3rd. Delivery takes 48 hours on business days, so it is also normal that you received your package on Tuesday the 6th. Moreover, you benefited from free shipping, a luxury kit of 5 samples, and the spring bag offer which included 5 full-size and travel-size products worth a total of €70. Product that was supposed to be sealed but wasn't properly. Dried cream was on the edge of the jar and the protective seal came off by itself because it was poorly placed and sealed... Message sent to customer service nearly a week ago, no response since. At €130 for the cream, I expected a sealed jar as it should be without dried cream on the edge... and at least a response from you. I have ordered several times without issues but I admit I am disappointed with the lack of feedback from you.

Happy with the delivery service and navigation, I really like the site. However, the product I ordered does not meet my expectations. I had the other Ilia mascara (white tube) and its quality is incomparable! This one runs and clumps. I will reorder the white one, which is annoying at the price of these mascaras ^^

I purchased a Kajar Weiss foundation on the site. Unfortunately, there was a batch issue and the product was unusable. With proof, I requested a solution from customer service. Initially a bit slow, as waiting for a response from the brand which suggested mixing the product (…), I was kindly assisted by Krista. Very responsive, we were able to find a solution together. A pity for the product and the rather slow response from the brand, but delighted with the response from corner b.

Very very disappointed with the summer box... I clearly regret my purchase, the products were generally rated very poorly on Yuka, with possible endocrine disruptors, even proven carcinogenic like titanium dioxide in the lip balm, which could potentially be ingested, and full of allergens, etc. I didn't even dare to pass the products to my sisters or friends because I couldn't accept the catastrophic composition... I thought I could trust MonCornerB blindly for beauty that also respects health, very disappointed. I still used the glitter sunscreen, which was very unpleasant to apply, greasy, thick, hard to absorb with a big white cast... the monoi oil was very average, nothing exceptional, the spray practical but otherwise no better than 3/4 of the commercial ones. The balm is nice except for the carcinogenic ingredient, but it doesn't last 5 minutes. Really a big disappointment. The Cut by Fred mask, on the other hand, was great as usual, it was the product I came to the site for, but I won't be fooled by the site's offers with products I don't know. Luckily it was on sale.

Not all product photos are displayed. For makeup, it's better when you can see a photo of someone wearing the makeup and not just the product photo.
The products are of good quality, however I had chosen creams for combination skin, according to the filters, but upon receiving my products I realized that some are for dry skin and I cannot use them, my skin cannot tolerate them. I am therefore disappointed because I trusted the filters.

Fast and careful shipping. Good customer follow-up. However, the purchased product is a disaster. I have rarely seen such a disappointing foundation at this price. Maybe other products are better but I will not recommend.
