I am a bit disappointed with the okoko or exisome mask. It stings when I put it on, it's a bit uncomfortable tingling. So I don't think I will use it unfortunately. Yet I love this brand I am a bit disappointed with this particular product

Although this mask was designed to hydrate and soothe the skin, some active ingredients like willow bark extract or essential oils can, in sensitive skin, cause slight tingling upon application.

Delivery times were not respected (order placed on July 8, received on the 19th). I sent an email to find out where my package was, no response!

Very disappointed with customer service
Order not compliant! I was supposed to receive a product kit and despite the correct amount: NOTHING. My daughter the same! No worries, I'm changing shops because the kit is still offered.
As a regular customer, I am extremely disappointed with my last order as well as my mom's. The customer service was of no help. We are very disappointed and will no longer order from the site, as will my sister and my partner who often ordered little surprises for us. The offer is great and over the years I have never needed to contact customer service.

One star because you can't put zero. I ordered a makeup palette from the brand Lily Lolo and to my surprise, when taking the palette out of its cardboard packaging, the palette is dirty filled with all kinds of marks (foundation/makeup/fingerprints). Fortunately, the inside does not seem to have been opened. In any case, I bought a new product that should not have been unwrapped and even less dirty.
