Very rich catalog of quality products, responsive, competent, and really pleasant customer service, relevant and interesting communications. The weak point in my opinion, as mentioned earlier, is the navigation on the site, especially regarding the wishlist: being redirected to the initial page after simply viewing one of the products on the list, no possibility to add items directly to the cart from the list (you have to access the product sheet to add the item to the cart). And, finally, again, we are mostly women with accounts on this site, so the IT team needs to adapt the site to our gender and be truly inclusive (I want to see that I am already registered and not

One of my favorite e-shops for quality clean skincare and makeup, unfortunately, products are often out of stock.

Delighted as always; I just wish that some products were better stocked: two concealers I am waiting for have been out of stock for months, some colors in blushes are also missing, it's frustrating when you want to place an order!
