We guarantee same-day shipping for all orders placed before noon, so it is normal that your order was shipped on the 3rd. Delivery takes 48 hours on business days, so it is also normal that you received your package on Tuesday the 6th. Moreover, you benefited from free shipping, a luxury kit of 5 samples, and the spring bag offer which included 5 full-size and travel-size products worth a total of €70.
