Bottle arrived full of spilled shampoo. As for the product itself, I don't have any feedback yet.

I was delivered 9 days after the order.
I ordered products from the brand ODACITE: the rose exfoliating mask and the rose/neroli face mist. The jar of the mask was open and three-quarters full. I must admit that I had questions!! ...No safety seal.. These products are organic, quite expensive, so when you notice such a thing upon receipt,... The rose scent that I was supposed to find in the mask is not there at all and when I applied it to my face, I couldn't find the scrubbing effect!!! I am honestly bewildered.
I had to redo my cart no less than 6 times because shipping fees were charged even though the total amount of my order should have exempted me from them. However, the phone service is top-notch, I spoke with Mélodie who tried to find a solution and ultimately refunded me the shipping fees directly.
Practical, easy to access. Prices are a bit high but of good quality. Maybe offer a bit more promotion... You often have to reach a minimum of €150 to access preferential prices or benefits. This is not within everyone's budget. Delivery times can be a bit long.
I had a delivery problem that was resolved but it took a bit of time. However, the customer service was impeccable, very quick response and found a solution to resolve the issue.
The site is very good overall but the return procedure is too complex, you have to search for information, it's not clear.
I find the selection of products too expensive. We pay the price of luxury without knowing the brands.

Perfect from order to shipment!
Desktop navigation is fine but not on mobile! Personally, I have trouble using the site on mobile as that's how I usually shop. This could be a barrier for me to purchase.
Products 5*, service 1*. MCB sells fabulous products, but for me, it clearly does not live up to the products sold. I find that they are far from pampering their customers, and they have a totally inappropriate stingy side when selling such products at such prices.
Your delivery time needs to be reviewed as it is quite long compared to other sites. I ordered on another site (and it's not a big brand) the same day as my order with you, another beauty product and it took 2 days to a relay point and yours took more than 10 days, which is very long. Otherwise, I am happy with your site and my order.
Having sensitive skin, I thought I would find BIO compliant products without allergenic ingredients, unfortunately, this is not the case, I am disappointed.
Disappointed, prices are much higher than on other sites. Product arrived without its cardboard packaging from the brand itself. One wonders if the product has already been opened. (Nothing to do with the post, it was in a shipping box) For the 30 euros difference with another site, I could have had a few more samples as well... (Product at 133 euros)
