Perfect, top site

As a long-time customer, I never benefit from discounts on ordered products.

The idea of making the calendar sustainable and reusable is commendable but it lacks a bit of Christmas glamour and the bags seem to have been packed in a hurry: some products sticking out of the bag. Otherwise, the products are very good.

Not enough explanations about the products, not enough consumer reviews. Sampling is quite poor on brands that are not very interesting most of the time.

Hello, I remain a customer of the site but I realize that I can sometimes find the same products with promotional offers elsewhere. I find it a shame that the vouchers we have thanks to accumulated points are not valid for longer. There are regularly things I would have liked to order that are no longer available on the site. The offer of samples or goodies given for X purchase is very often the same, like for the advent calendar. I was very disappointed with certain product/packaging quality like gressa for example or a beetroot lip ink...
