Your delivery time needs to be reviewed as it is quite long compared to other sites. I ordered on another site (and it's not a big brand) the same day as my order with you, another beauty product and it took 2 days to a relay point and yours took more than 10 days, which is very long. Otherwise, I am happy with your site and my order.

Disappointed, prices are much higher than on other sites. Product arrived without its cardboard packaging from the brand itself. One wonders if the product has already been opened. (Nothing to do with the post, it was in a shipping box) For the 30 euros difference with another site, I could have had a few more samples as well... (Product at 133 euros)

Regarding its price, it is identical to all other European e-shops and set by the brand. Perhaps you saw a cheaper price in Canada, but that price is then subject to the addition of French VAT, so 20% of the amount. Finally, for any order over €100, you should have received a kit of 5 samples of our new products and must-haves, made by us. If that was not the case, we invite you to contact our customer service.
