The free gift was perfect, however the Umai detox shampoo I purchased was not even packaged in its original box but in bubble wrap, and upon unpacking it looks much smaller than usual and has an appearance as if it had already been used and repackaged... slightly unacceptable given the price of the product and the 'standing' of your site.
