Perfect in every way!
I love this e-shop! From the site itself, to the rigorously selected products offered, to the ultra-fast and careful delivery! Huge plus for the customer service which is ultra available and very pleasant! I made a mistake on the shade of an item in my order, I quickly wrote to customer service to inform them and they kindly agreed to change the shade to the one I wanted! Moreover, I placed an order over 130 euros in December, which allowed me to receive the “mystery box”: I was lucky to receive a face, body, lip, hair product, and application (like guasha), a complete routine in sum and I found it very clever!! In short, GO FOR IT 🙂
