Delivery times were not respected (order placed on July 8, received on the 19th). I sent an email to find out where my package was, no response!

Following an error with my order, the site was very responsive in finding a solution. I had a return to make which at first seemed cumbersome but I was able to do it from my mailbox in the end so it was easy and I was well compensated in the product exchange.
