Following an error with my order, the site was very responsive in finding a solution. I had a return to make which at first seemed cumbersome but I was able to do it from my mailbox in the end so it was easy and I was well compensated in the product exchange. Nickel I bought the shampoo and conditioner from Carina Organics at Neelah. At first, I found the shampoo very squeaky, and when I applied the conditioner, I felt like it wasn't meant for curly hair. But when my hair dried, I found my hair super soft and my scalp was breathing. Top products
