I was 100% satisfied, unfortunately some information on the site is incorrect. For example, a mascara is said to be vegan while it contains honey. This makes me lose trust in the brand. Great, I love your products, the delivery times are great, the products are well packaged. The only negative point for me is the non-cumulative promo code. When there are two interesting offers (% on a particular brand + a free product for a total purchase) we cannot have both. It's a shame because the only way to get it is, for example, to make 2 different packages which is not very ecological. If we are a good customer, we get coupons after x purchases that are not cumulative with current offers... It's like saying that to use my loyalty vouchers, I no longer have access to the promotions that everyone has access to normally. Other than that, nothing to say about the service in case of issues, responses are quick, that's great :) Good continuation
