Delivery was quite fast and the product was as described, but I would have liked more details on the site about the refill I ordered, maybe even a photo. Because it is not indicated in what form we receive it and when it arrives, we discover that it is just a piece of paper.

I have nothing particular to indicate, the site works well. I also asked a question to customer service regarding this order which responded quickly. It's a detail because I really liked the summer bag. I understand that offers cannot be combined but it is true that the birthday gift could be an exception and should be able to be combined with another offer. Customer service offered to extend the birthday gift for a future order, which is still nice.

I am satisfied with everything regarding the site, the orders, the products, the speed of delivery. The only small flaw would be that there are often quite a few out-of-stock products but unfortunately, it's like that everywhere at the moment.

A perfect service and fantastic products! My advice is to remove out-of-stock products from the catalog.
