I have nothing particular to indicate, the site works well. I also asked a question to customer service regarding this order which responded quickly. It's a detail because I really liked the summer bag. I understand that offers cannot be combined but it is true that the birthday gift could be an exception and should be able to be combined with another offer. Customer service offered to extend the birthday gift for a future order, which is still nice.

I am satisfied with everything regarding the site, the orders, the products, the speed of delivery. The only small flaw would be that there are often quite a few out-of-stock products but unfortunately, it's like that everywhere at the moment.

A perfect service and fantastic products! My advice is to remove out-of-stock products from the catalog.

In search of natural makeup products, this is my go-to site for my purchases: site discovered by chance while watching a YouTube video. I am delighted with the products purchased so far. The only complaint I can make is perhaps the lack or quality of presentation photos of certain products as well as the duration of unavailability. One quality of the site that I find nowhere else is the concern for advising consumers regarding skin types: I have oily, black skin that is prone to acne, even at 40 years old, so I appreciate every time that it is specified for the products, the degree of comedogenicity (the same for pregnant women, since I will soon be concerned). I haven't seen it elsewhere, so it's a good point for me, keep it up.

I find the site beautiful and well-made, just what is needed: not too much and not too little! Moreover, the products have good compositions and delivery is fast! I love the little personal touches like the small card in the package, it's not much but I think it makes a small difference 🙂 The only small downside would be that not all brands are available (yet?), but that's really just to mention a 'con'!
