For my part, I believe that one can only judge a store when one has dealt with its customer service (which has not been my case): is it easily reachable, competent or not, effective, etc...? Well... The best thing is to never have to deal with it, of course 🙂 In any case, fast and careful delivery. I have nothing to complain about.
