Great, fast reception. One complaint, a specific sample was supposed to be included with the purchase of a certain amount of products that I reached, but I did not receive it, even though it is still marked on the site... a bit disappointed, I was really interested in trying it.

The availability of products is, in my opinion, the thing to improve. Often, I want to place an order because there is an offer that interests me, but my favorite products to add to the offer are out of stock... which forces me to reorder shortly after, resulting in additional costs and extra (not eco-friendly) transport.

The offers are quite nice. However, I would like to be able to choose the type of sample that is sent with the order (makeup, skincare, etc.)
