High-quality products, bio-ethical and not tested on animals. However, there is a lack of entry-level products at affordable prices. Organic does not necessarily mean expensive!!! I will continue to willingly buy on this site for very specific products but will go to their direct competitor for everyday items (shampoo, shower gel, etc...) because they have managed to combine luxury and entry-level.
