Used for my first marathon "route du Louvre in northern France" with a bar on the starting line and then one on the way in small pieces. no cravings. I appreciate the salty taste. then a protein bar at the finish line, however the taste is average.

The bars taste good, and provide a good energy supply during sports, they are easy to consume even in full effort
