I am sorry, there was indeed a delivery problem. The product had been shipped but we made an error on the delivery address by putting the country 'France' instead of 'Germany' (it is checked 'France' by default and we rarely deliver to Germany since it is not a French-speaking country).

The method is excellent. The delivery is fast. But big problem: impossible to view the games online. After downloading PUFFIN, no playback of the files, neither the online bingo nor the coloring (tools used iPad and MacBook). The DVD works well.
