The emails that they send to let you know that the order is preordered and that it has already left, transmit a good vibe that cheers you up the day. The speed in the reception has been incredible, I ordered it one day at 12:25 and the next day I had it for 11.40, incredible!

Everything was perfect.

I placed the order on a Thursday morning, on Friday morning Sending indicated that my order was in delivery and I would receive it that same day. It did not arrive in the morning so I called them to see if they could tell me the estimated time of delivery since I had to leave, they gave me a cell phone number that no one answered all afternoon and the order did not arrive. On Monday my order was back in delivery and pending delivery that same day, no one answered the cell phone and no one delivered the order. It finally arrived Tuesday morning and the packaging was a large plastic envelope which is fine as long as it is transported carefully. The plastic envelope of the lock I bought was broken, the lock was fine but the kerosene tablets had waxed the leash!!!! Not to complain but neither is the state nor the way in which in my opinion the order should be delivered, especially if you commit to deliver the order in 48h. I remember having a better experience with Tipsa, I think it was called, with my previous order, on your part great, thanks!
