Indeed, there was a color error at the factory on your surfboard. As soon as we noticed it, we immediately restarted the production to deliver you the right board as soon as possible. We fully understand the frustration this may have caused, especially with the delays and exchanges involved.

Regarding the commercial gesture, the pad (grip) sent as compensation is a model from recognized and high-end brands like FCS or Channel Islands, used by many surfers for their quality and reliability. We are sorry if this did not meet your specific expectations (cover, accessories, stickers), it was not our intention to disappoint you.

At mundo-surf.com, we place great importance on customer satisfaction, especially for orders of technical surf equipment like boards. In your case, we did our best to quickly correct the error and finalize the delivery under good conditions.

We understand your dissatisfaction, but we also find your rating a bit harsh considering the solutions provided and the material ultimately received.
