Everything was perfect, the customer service was great, both by email and WhatsApp, there was a delay due to supplier issues, but they kept me informed about how the order was going at all times and it arrived earlier than expected. I will repeat as I have done several times.

Happy until the moment of delivery. I paid for delivery in 24 hours and it was "delayed". I even had to go pick up the package at the GLS destination center.
It seems that the delivery was made from 24h to 48h due to a small delay on the route. We will check with the agency to ensure it doesn't happen again.
