As we have explained to you by email, the slightly yellowish or greenish tint of the H72-UV resin in liquid state is completely normal. This type of resin is not completely transparent until it hardens, at which point it becomes fully transparent.

I can only advise against buying from this store. I was cheated there twice. The first time I wanted to buy funboard fins. The picture and description showed short, round fins. However, long, pointed fins were delivered. When I complained about it, I only received the response: "You got your fins. If you don't like them, send them back at your own expense." That cost me 20 € in shipping to Spain. The second time I bought a Bodyboard Pride Spartan "46". According to the description, it was supposed to have a Surlyn bottom slick, but it was actually built with only an HDPE slick. After I raised this issue, I had to wait ten days until the shop supposedly clarified everything with the manufacturer – that would have been fine. After that, I was offered either a 20% discount or a refund. I chose the refund. Then there were two alleged pickup dates with GLS, but no one showed up. The customer service manager Sebastian apparently didn't create any order with GLS, but just pretended to. I then requested a return label, as the package can also be dropped off at the parcel shop. I received several emails with the text "We are sending you a return label," but without an attachment. After that, it was only said that they were working on creating one. Finally, I sent the goods back myself at my own expense after four weeks. Very bad experience with this shop. Conclusion: If you want to receive something that does not match the description and then have to send it back at your own expense, then this store is perfect for you.

Regarding the second case, we would like to clarify that there was indeed an error in the product description of the bodyboard. Size 46 does not have a Surlyn slick, as according to the manufacturer, no Surlyn slicks can be produced in this size. This issue only affects size 46.
As soon as we learned about it, we promptly offered you a solution: either a discount so you can keep the board, or a refund. You chose the refund.
We then organized a pickup, which could not be carried out for reasons beyond our control. Nevertheless, as soon as the product arrived back with us, we refunded the full amount.
We regret the inconvenience caused and take your feedback seriously to further improve our service.
