I ordered a pair that didn't fit me and they didn't offer me anything in exchange, just told me that the lantiella was smaller than your eye.

I ordered over 64.79 euros worth of contact lenses, and I never received the order even though I chose insured shipping. Customer service aura vision does not answer my messages in which I just ask how they proceed in this kind of case. In short, I wouldn't recommend this store, because the products aren't true to life, and the service agents are far from customer-oriented and condescending: as long as they've got their money, customers just have to figure out what to do next.

I have been ordering regularly from this site for three years now. I received a "torn" lens on delivery for which I took a photo the same day when I opened the parcel. I sent an e-mail to the after-sales service, which refused to accept the claim because I had the same problem in 2019. I'm not exactly 30 euros short of the mark, but I'm rather suspicious of the way a brand's after-sales service handles a claim. I just find it totally unprofessional and scandalous. You're losing a customer with three years' seniority over a 30-euro issue. I think that's ridiculous. I wish you all the best for the future. Sincerely

The color shown does not match the actual color
I ordered the emerald green and received the normal green. As a result, the color is too light for my brown complexion. Nevertheless, the lens really looks natural. Even if it doesn't look too bad on me, it's not believable since it makes me look like a black-haired mixed-race Afro with Caucasian eyes.
I am very satisfied with my purchase as well as the speed and communication between us, I recommend 100%!
