You are a scammer
To be avoided The lenses were only worn for one evening. The next day my vision was all blurry and my eyes really, really hurt. Even eye washes or other tastes did nothing. Threw them out straight away, I'm really disappointed with this product and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Big problem with delivery 1st order that I never received I'm still waiting for a refund I had to place another order and open a PayPal dispute so that they could get back to me because customer service didn't respond I never had any feedback
Low-end lenses, unnatural coloring. Unhelpful customer service. I will never order from them again.

I contacted customer services to tell them that I had an allergy to their lenses and I got the cold shoulder. These people have no respect for eye health and are completely inhuman, all they want is money, money, money.
Very disappointed, these lenses are not obsession paris, I took lenses mignoht perfection blue they have nothing to do with the one I took in Paris, this one are illiter of a star pattern on the lens making more fantasy than discreet lens, very disappointed, and especially misleading to say that it is obsession paris, it's been 4 years since I take these lenses in Paris they have nothing to do with that book, to flee because their advertising is misleading.

I ordered and tested the obsession lenses in different colors jade ,biue ice ,green opaline,quartz ,diamond,and moonstone.the first lens I tested was the moonstone pair for 1 month.it was comfortable to wear and the color was not opaque but blended perfectly with my iris color.I recently purchased a pair of moonstone.the design of the lens is different and the effect is not as natural.The design of the lens is different and the effect is not as natural.Either the lenses are too dark for my iris or too light.I think these lenses are only suitable for dark eyes but unfortunately do not enhance light eyes.Concerning the uses of these lenses,I have only worn them a few times but never outdoors.My eyes have a hard time with them maybe because of the material used.

I ordered over 64.79 euros worth of contact lenses, and I never received the order even though I chose insured shipping. Customer service aura vision does not answer my messages in which I just ask how they proceed in this kind of case. In short, I wouldn't recommend this store, because the products aren't true to life, and the service agents are far from customer-oriented and condescending: as long as they've got their money, customers just have to figure out what to do next.

I have been ordering regularly from this site for three years now. I received a "torn" lens on delivery for which I took a photo the same day when I opened the parcel. I sent an e-mail to the after-sales service, which refused to accept the claim because I had the same problem in 2019. I'm not exactly 30 euros short of the mark, but I'm rather suspicious of the way a brand's after-sales service handles a claim. I just find it totally unprofessional and scandalous. You're losing a customer with three years' seniority over a 30-euro issue. I think that's ridiculous. I wish you all the best for the future. Sincerely
