The purchase process was very good, fast and agile, everything correct. The problem was that on the third day of use, the Inflatable Paddle Surf Board JOBE Loa 11'6" was found deflated, and has a hole in a side joint that has come unstuck. In my family, we have 6 inflatable boards 9'6", the same and without brand, for 12 years and they are still working. Looking for a larger board, I decided to buy JOBE, for quality and warranty, even if it was a bit more expensive; and this is how bad it turned out. Now I have been waiting for 2 weeks, since 13/08/25, for them to process the warranty and/or return; I'm sorry but a serious company should respond when things do not go well.

I just received the evaluation, but I am still waiting for the product that, according to the person who attended me, was supposed to be delivered today. The indicated deadlines have not been met, and I have had to contact the online store myself several times to find out how the shipping was progressing, as it is clearly overdue. The company that sold me the product selected an economical shipping option called Targoflex, which was confirmed to me along with a tracking image. This type of shipping does not allow setting a specific date or time for delivery, which has been a significant inconvenience as it cannot guarantee that someone would be home to receive it. I am deeply disappointed with the management. The order was a gift for a family member, and everything indicates that it will not arrive on time, which generates great frustration for me.

Hello Diego Your product was a removable kayak which is bulky and can only go by CargoFLEX since it goes on a trailer You placed the order on the 7th Monday afternoon outside office hours and on the 9th Wednesday morning your order was shipped. Your order arrived on the 14th and on the 15th you limited the time and day of delivery, delaying the delivery, as seen in the attached tracking. We notify that bulky items take 3-5 business days to arrive, so it arrived on time and in order. We do not quite understand this situation.

The seller never responds to emails. Six days after placing the order, nothing had happened, then I was informed that only half of the order would be shipped because the other part was not available. Why was I not informed of this before shipping? I do not agree with this, because the size does not fit me well and, still, I have to pay the return cost. The money, even for the part of the order that was not even delivered, is still being held to this day. I recommend not trusting this seller!

Very bad, I bought some Helly Hansen boots at a fantastic price, they called me the next day to tell me they were changing the website blah blah blah, and that there was no stock, when I accessed it after a few weeks my theory which was that they were a "bargain" was confirmed, as they told me they didn't have them to avoid selling them at that price, it really upset me as it was a birthday gift. By the way, they still haven't refunded the money for the boots.

Dreadful warranty service and communication with them. After receiving defective material, they offered to send me the replacement parts, which I had to pay for, valves, neglecting the repair of the material. After less than a year, we finally had to send the boards back because we couldn't change the valves, which has been a failure since we received the material, we had to bear the shipping and receiving costs, and the repair. Quite disappointed with the service, and of course not recommended at all. And seeing the sequence of events, we decided not to count on their services or products anymore.

I bought a Zray X2 board, after waiting a week they tell me they have no stock, I request a refund, I had to contact them several times to get it back, after waiting two days for them to refund me, they have not reimbursed the total cost of the board. Very deficient service.
