Fortunately, I had taken a screenshot of my order because I received no confirmation email and the order arrived incomplete: 2 out of 5 items missing. I had to send an email (thanks to the screenshot for justification) and several follow-ups to receive them. No commercial gesture, even after my request. Disappointing. I will no longer order from Nerina because it’s too complicated. It’s a shame because the jewelry was nice.

Nothing to say about the jewel. Conforms to the order. However, I made a mistake with the delivery address when I had specified a delivery address and another billing address. Everything was sent to the same address. 😡. Which meant I had to send the jewel, which was a gift 🎁 back to the right address. My daughter had exactly the same problem after ordering a piece of jewelry from you. Why offer two addresses one for billing and one for shipping if you don't take them into account!

A nice surprise, I discovered this site by chance while looking for a specific piece of jewelry and I ordered...Easy order, delivery by recorded delivery (ordered on Saturday received on Tuesday), nice necklace but I have a doubt about the gold plating (no certificate of guarantee and small defect on the assembly of the necklace which I kept because I didn't have time to return it as it was a gift...) to be seen over time...I think I'll order a piece for myself to really get an idea of this site and its products :) In any case, serious, fast and not too expensive!
