The price/quality ratio is clearly given. The purchase itself worked great. Unfortunately, there were discrepancies during shipping (the seller said the product had arrived, but it was still in transit). However, the product arrived with some delay. The discrepancy caused confusion, hence only 4 stars.

SHIPPING, TRACKING AND PERFECT DELIVERY
Very disappointed! I ordered 9 different teebags of 100gram each, but unfortunately all of them have an expiration date within three to four weeks! In addition, I got some completely different ones than I ordered! Not what you would deserve after 8-10 previous orders. Will definitely consider before placing more orders
I am truly sorry for your experience, which is clearly not up to the standard of your previous orders.
Regarding the expiration dates, my manager is currently looking to clear some stock. He considers that Japanese standards on expiration dates are stricter, and that the products can often be safely used beyond the printed date. That said, I completely understand how this can come across as unprofessional, and I share your concerns.
Unfortunately, I don’t have much flexibility on this matter. However, I encourage you to contact our customer service by email so we can try to offer you some form of compensation. I want to be transparent: this will depend on my manager’s decision, so I cannot make any guarantees at this stage.
We are also sorry for the mistake with the items you received, which should not have happened. On this point, however, we can absolutely resolve it quickly. Please don’t hesitate to email us at **[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])** so we can arrange this.
