Keep up the good work. I'm a client for tea tins and teapots. I own some, and have offered them on 4 occasions. Without exception, the recipients, all like me, were delighted by the quality, originality (and price). When replacement filters were needed, I contacted NipponCo. The person I spoke to took the time to check the teapot models and tell me which ones matched them. I had a problem with a parcel that had "gone astray" in the postal system during the holiday season. Nippon & Co immediately investigated, keeping me informed from hour to hour. The result: a broken parcel, found at a sorting center, but no damage to the ceramic teapot. The problem was solved in no time. Please note that the well-packaged contents are perfectly wrapped in paper. Be sure to search your contents for the fine teaspoon. The container is a sturdy cardboard box. The delivery time is like a rocket. For my pleasure: vary the tone of the tins according to the aroma of the tea. Originality and personalization only add to the owners' delight. With all these details....what to conclude? ...Don't hesitate to make a company like this, based in France, sustainable!!!!

Bravo, perfect timing and description.
The kettle arrived without a filter and despite my complaint, the solution they offered me was to return it. Of course the shipping costs were paid by me. In addition, in the same order I bought a case whose dimensions were half of what was specified on the web. I felt cheated. Lousy customer service.

Good choice, fast delivery
If the item arrives with a manufacturing defect, the after-sales service considers that this is linked to the handcrafted nature of the object. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The positioning in customer relations is aggressive and in bad faith. I'd like to point out that I've been a regular customer for several years, and that I found the delivery times and product quality very satisfactory. My experience with customer service has been very negative and the bad faith, in addition to the poor reception of customer service has broken the trust I had in this provider. One item arrived with a defect, lacking paint around the edge of the plate. This was in no way a hazard related to the handcrafted nature of the product, unless you accept that a partially painted wall is related to the handcrafted nature of the product. Despite convincing photos, the after-sales service denies the problem, blaming the artisanal aspect. The current manager is riding the wave of positive comments, but these should change soon, as I'm sure I'm not the only one paying the price for this policy.
