I regularly buy incense on this site because they are of very good quality and always very well protected for transport. I've never had a problem receiving my parcels.
The model chosen is not up to the standard of those previously purchased (fabric thickness). A weight of the fabric used should be indicated in the description.

Product meets my expectations
The size is a little too big for me, but it's the only one that fits my protruding belly. It's a shame that for this price there's no lining like in real kimonos.
The order was delivered in 2 days. Perfectly packaged. The quality of the product has not yet been evaluated as it is a gift not yet offered.

I was very disappointed to find that the Daruma size M I ordered was as basic in terms of ornamentation as a size SS. Had I known this beforehand, I would have ordered a smaller size.

Hello, At first glance, I was satisfied with the speed of delivery and the quality of the product. However, I'm very unhappy not to have received a reply to my exchange request due to an incorrect size. I have sent two messages asking how to return the item and receive another and have not received a reply. What's more, the returns process is not accessible on the site, even though it says that a product can be returned for 14 days. This period is about to expire and I have not been offered anything.
