A few problems with the payment intermediary who refused my American Express card and then blocked all transactions from the IP address I was on, but I was able to place an order with another card from another connection. Otherwise, the shipment was fast and the products arrived very well protected, in perfect condition and as described.

Hello, I wanted to share my opinion of your company. I ordered a wasabi grater which arrived safely. However, regarding the size, the description was not very clear. I chose the small size, thinking it would simply be small, but in reality it is extremely small, requiring a fine hand to use it effectively. It would be wise to add a photo of the product next to a hand for reference, or to specify the precise dimensions to avoid any confusion over size, especially for those of us unfamiliar with Japanese products and their specific dimensions. Apart from this detail, everything was perfect, including delivery.
