Good products / Very satisfied ... until the last order. I selected products at normal prices and some discounted products. Products with very short expiration dates (even for a 1.8 L soy sauce) were sent to me, while this information was not obviously accessible at the time of ordering (usually, the site has a "short dates" tab which removes any ambiguity). Upon receipt of the package, I called Nishidikori: first "normal" interaction with a representative who understood the problem and told me that I would be contacted soon. After more than a week, no news. Second phone call, and no response. It was discounted, that's how it is, you can return the products, we will refund you. Conclusion: lack of clarity on products during sales periods. Communication needs improvement.
Quality products
The consumption dates of the 3 teas expire at the end of 2025.
Our tea producer informs us that the best before dates are 12 months. It is entirely possible to continue consuming this tea after the indicated date. Once the date has passed, the product may lose some of its taste qualities but remains perfectly consumable.

Be careful with the dimensions of the objects; the photos on the site tend to enlarge them.

Fast (but expensive) delivery. A slower but cheaper delivery would have suited me better.
I can say no more: it was a gift and I'm told it arrived safely and was much appreciated.
Good products but too much plastic packaging.
We understand your concern about the use of plastic for packaging. Unfortunately, we are obliged to use this type of packaging to guarantee the protection and integrity of our products during transport. We are constantly exploring alternatives to this plastic.

Thank you for the care taken with the packaging! less tape and it would be perfect. however, apart from the fact that the parcel sent by chronopost arrived 24 hours late, it was delivered in a consigne pickup (i hadn't asked for this), so there was no delivery note or carrier to open the parcel in front of and report any problems with the merchandise. in these circumstances, how do you proceed in the event of a problem? in addition, the suribachi has an aesthetic defect - a scratch on the grooves. this is surprising for a japanese product on sale.

#good but expensive for the price/quality ratio
Thank you for your feedback. Our products are rare, of high quality, strictly handcrafted and complicated to import from Japan. These factors explain the (relative) high price of our products.

Good products and even with time
I had an issue with the order, I wrote twice to the site but they never replied. I would not buy here again.
Good products but no commercial sense and never replies to messages! If you have a problem, you stay with your problem and if you have a question, you never get the answer. It's a real shame.
