Carrier problem, small and thin products were missing and went through the box. Packaging to be reviewed. On the other hand, the products are always top-notch.

Delivery was very quick and some of the products are of very good quality. Unfortunately, the shitake mushrooms I ordered did not meet my expectations. The packaging says “Shitake Bouton,” but inside there are stunted, uneven dried mushroom stems. Unfortunately, I understand something different by boutons, especially since whole mushrooms are shown on the packaging. What a misdirection. Perhaps a more precise description could avoid such misunderstandings, especially since I don't know what to do with these mushroom remains.
